Tracking Your Application

You may track the status of your application—including any required documents—using Bear Tracks,
the U of A’s web-based student services system.

To log into Bear Tracks, you will need your Campus Computing ID (CCID) and password. You will receive your CCID by email within two business days of submitting your application.

If you do not receive your CCID, please contact Academic Information and Communication Technologies at www.ualberta.ca/HELP.

All application documents should be sent directly to the department because different departments require documentation at different times.

See Application Documents for definitions for official documents (including transcripts and marksheets) and unofficial documents.

Now that you've applied, see information about the admission decision process.
