Special and Visiting graduate students are admitted by the FGSR for one year. Further registrations require completion of a new application form and a Manual Registration form giving departmental permission for the student to enroll in the desired course(s).
The FGSR will register Special or Visiting students in the courses listed on the Manual Registration form. If these students wish to add a course(s), the department offering the course will complete a Courses to be Added/Deleted form and submit it to the FGSR for approval and processing.
