Completing Your Program

Once students have completed their degree requirements (including thesis submission for thesis students), departments are responsible for submitting the appropriate program completion form (below) to the FGSR.

Thesis-based Master's and Doctoral Programs
  • program completion section completed after final oral exam and verifying all requirements have been met.

    Thesis Approval/Program Completion [Word Document]

  • student will be added to the next convocation list once this form and the thesis are submitted to the FGSR.
Course-based Master's Programs
  • completed after verifying all courses and the capping exercise have been completed.

    Report of Completion of Course-based Master's Degree [Word Document]

  • student will be added to the next convocation list once this form is submitted to the FGSR.
Postgraduate Diploma Programs
  • completed after verifying all requirements have been met.

    Report of Completion of Postgraduate Diploma Program [Word Document]

  • student will be added to the next convocation list if this form is submitted to the FGSR.
