Off-Campus Courses

Some graduate course sections may be open to off-campus registration, including:

• off-campus thesis sections
• courses delivered via the internet

Registration in off-campus thesis sections is restricted to students who live at least 80 kilometres away from Edmonton.

Off-Campus Fees

Students registered in off-campus course or thesis sections only are not assessed the Athletics and Recreation Fees and the Health Services Fees.

All full-time students registered in Fall Term--even if off-campus--are assessed all other non-instructional fees, including the GSA Dental Plan Fee and the GSA Health Plan Fee.

Students registered in a combination of on-campus and off-campus courses are assessed the Athletics and Recreation Fee and Health Services Fee at either the full- or part-time rate depending on their on-campus academic load.
